Recommendations of Use

1. The spindle speed should be suitable for the blade diameter.

2. Ensure that the blade is suitable for the material to be cut.

3. The blades should always be mounted with the rotation arrow of the steel center pointing in the correct direction.

4. Ensure that the bore diameter of the blade is of the same size as the machine spindle.  Never enlarge the bore. 

5. Special attention should be made to ensure that the blade flanges are both clean and of the same diameter.

6. Observe the working site safety regulations.  It is of the highest importance that the blade guard is always correctly fitted and that the guard ensures correct water cooling.

7. The blade must always be used with an abundant water supply.

8. Check regularly the watering device, if necessary removing any pipe blockage so as to ensure uniform water distribution.

9. To ensure long blade life, avoid brutal or sharp contact with the material to be cut.

10. Avoid excessive cutting pressure which could jam the blade in the material.

11. Avoid any side load or twist on the blade.

12. Check RPM.
